What is a Crumble?
The crumble is my signature creation — ooey, gooey, gloriously soft in the middle and unapologetically indulgent. It’s not a crumble as you know it, but the decadent lovechild of a cookie, a brownie, a brookie and a golden crumble topping, all coming together in one outrageous mouthful.
Perfected over years of obsessive tweaking, each bar is layered with the kind of flavours that make you stop mid-chew: homemade preserves, chewy caramel, the finest Belgian chocolate, and that golden, buttery crumble that holds it all together.
Every bite is crafted to provoke an “oh sweet mother of god” moment. And once you’ve had one, you’ll want another. And another. And another.

I’m an award-winning baker who loves cake. And chocolate. And ice cream. Sometimes all three at once.
For me the best treats should make your heart skip with joy! Dessert isn’t just something you put in your mouth, it’s an emotion, a feeling, a moment of pure indulgent bliss.
Having been seduced countless times by enticing slabs of cake that looked incredible but tasted of crushing disappointment, I realised that if I wanted that truly euphoric hit of pudding decadence, I’d have to make it myself. And so The Naughty Cook began: one baker, one kitchen, one mission.
